Background: Chronic pelvic pain remains a challenging condition with significant functional impact.
Objectives: To evaluate the clinical usefulness of ultrasound-guided intervention in selected patients with chronic pelvic pain.
Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted on patients undergoing intervention at a tertiary pain centre. Pain scores and functional outcomes were assessed before and after treatment.
Results: Most patients demonstrated meaningful pain reduction and improvement in daily function at follow-up.
Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided intervention appears to be a feasible and promising option in selected patients with chronic pelvic pain.
